Guilt is the belief you've done something wrong and that you need to be punished.

You are probably punishing yourself which affects your energy levels, and physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and stops you loving yourself and others.

Shame is the fear someone will discover that you've done something wrong or bad.

Shame is heaped upon us by others when they judge us as not being worthy of their expectations. We are shamed for our colour and race, sexual preference, lifestyle choices all bringing cries of shame upon us.

If we’ve experienced any form of abuse, verbal, mental, physical, sexual, or emotional, had sexually transmitted diseases, made bad choices, done stupid things, or hurt others, we pile the shame upon ourselves.

Shame hides in the deep crevices of our being and its effects are cruel as it:

Makes us withdraw
Stops us communicating freely
Causes intense internal pain, anxiety, and depression
Keeps the mind going over and over asking “Why??”
Lowers our vitality and dulls our essence
Keeps us protecting ourselves with excess weight, or sharp words
Affects our physical well-being, especially our backs, our hearts and lungs, and liver or kidney function
Weakens our ability to stand up strong often affecting ankles, legs, wrists and arms, hips and shoulders.

My Experience with the Pathways to Power

I'm Susan Kennedy

I have coached, taught, read for, and guided thousands of people looking for insight, healing, transformation, and change over the last 12 years.

The last couple of years have been ones where we have gone through a generational and cosmic shift. This is moving us away from the old systems of control, abuse, and neglect toward new ways of being that incorporate balanced approaches to life and love.

Fear, shame, guilt, and past experiences where the power of love has been abused have slowed many people from rising into the Divine.

I'm not exempt from those past feelings and experiences and my now 62 years of life and connection with Divine Guidance has birthed the Pathways to Power.

i've had to find my own "place in the light" and now I share it with you.

After many early years as a half-caste child in the North of England, I felt shame and fear. Guilt was with me always and I didn't know why or what to do with it.

I've faced the fear of being alone, healing from back operations where I thought I wouldn't walk again, and even the fear of not being believed when I started my deep connection with unseen realms of spirit.

Spirit has now opened the doorways for a focused way of rising into more of who you are.
